In the construction management method, the owner hires an architectural firm and a construction firm as two separate contracts during the initial concept stage. In this method, much like the design-build method, the owner will take advantage of our pre-construction planning services. Once the final plans and specifications have been developed, the project is then bid out through the construction management firm.
