A massive project broke ground during the fall of 2018, as a new Apartment Complex at Abbey Court, in Onalaska, Wisconsin is underway. This project is expected to continue beyond 2020 and create a wonderful economic impact to the Greater LaCrosse Area.
Not only is it providing jobs to many carpenters and other tradesmen, the materials needed are boosting local suppliers such as those providing concrete, lumber, roofing, electrical, plumbing and more. This development is centrally located in Onalaska, for quick and easy access to Highway 53 and Interstate 90, making a short commute to LaCrosse, Holmen, LaCrescent or West Salem.
Construction in 2019 includes both a 3-story 24 unit and a 4-story 40 unit structure. We are excited that in the Spring of 2019, construction for a 5,200 Square Foot clubhouse will commence, featuring a pool, hot tub, sauna, theater room, work out room, game room, community room, outside cabana hut with a surround sound system and much more. During the Summer of 2019, construction on a third 3-story, 24 unit will begin.
Long range plans also include (3) 4-story 80 unit buildings tentatively planned to begin in 2020.
