As a General Contractor we have built thousands of multi-family units throughout the past 39 years. Assisted living facilities, senior housing, and multi-family construction are three of our largest sectors. We pay attention to the latest trends in multi-unit living and apply them to give tenants the best living arrangement experience possible.
Constructing religious structures requires superior craftsmanship. Our number one priority is quality. We go to great measures in paying attention to every last detail while taking great pride in our craft. Many of our churches are built on a design-build method, which allows us to have full control over every last detail.
We understand time is of the essence in construction. This is particularly true in educational construction. As a general contractor, we take great pride in finding ways to get the project done on time and under budget. Just as important, the project must not conflict with any educational setting, to disrupt school activities, so we are sure to include key school administrators every step of the way.

“I want to thank you and your crew once again for the outstanding job on our renovation project performed in 2008. The comment we have received from customers and staff have all been positive. Bottom line, this multi-million dollar project was completed on time and on budget. Our existing location is really three separate buildings put together over the past 90 years of our history. Many variables cropped up during the building phase that we were not able to identify on the available plans we had in our possession during the planning phase. Americon always looked for the best solution for the customer and worked through issues that came up; at times deferential to your company’s. I was very appreciative of how you figured out ways to allow our staff to operate day to day, even while major construction work was being completed. I believe this is further testament to the commitment and professionalism of your company. As you know, we contemplated going the route of utilizing a construction manager versus pre-selecting our general contractor. We settled on pre-selecting our general contractor as we felt that we had two different sets of eyes (Americon and the architecture firm) focusing on staying on budget. The construction manager concept does not allow for that important level of checks and balances. We arrived at a budget easily with the three parties working together (Americon, architect, and bank) because of the professionalism and commitment to teamwork demonstrated by all. While on the surface it would appear that money can be saved going the construction manager route and bidding out every detail, I am absolutely convinced that having Americon at the table from the start of the project as a full partner saved us money. I strongly recommend Americon to any company taking on a major construction project.” (Farmers & Merchants Bank Branch Manager – F&M Bank Renovation, Tomah, WI)
“Mr. Todd Page and Americon served as General Contractor for a recent apartment renovation project. Fourteen apartments and all common areas (Lobby, Community Room, Kitchen, Craft Room, Mail Room, and Office) were renovated. The scope of work included upgrading the domestic water distribution system, redesigned kitchens with new cabinetry, upgraded electrical systems with new lighting, new floor coverings and repainting. Space occupying five apartments was redesigned to generate three handicapped accessible units, in full compliance with American Disability Act (ADA) requirements. The quality of the workmanship for all phases of the project exceeded expectations. After the project completion, the quality of workmanship and materials provided by Americon during our renovation project, let me to hire them for a project at my personal residence. The work on that project also exceeded expectations.” (Sparta Housing Authority Manager – Apartment Renovation, Sparta, WI)
