A massive project broke that ground during the fall of 2018 is continuing to progress.  The Americon Construction team has been working non-stop for four years, while the project still has more plans to develop in the near future.  This apartment complex of multi-family living sets in Onalaska, Wisconsin.

During 2019, two buildings rose from the ground with the help of our hardworking team and subcontractors. The first was a 24 unit property, followed by a 40 unit 4-story property.  Both had been completed by mid-2020, when the community clubhouse was built and completed.  The clubhouse has an outdoor pool with patio lounge area.  Inside the clubhouse features include a community room with kitchenette, a theatre room, game room, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center, and business center, all available for the residents to use.  The property is operated by 3 Amigos Property Management.

A third apartment building was constructed and completed during 2021, which includes 24 units.  The fourth builiding, an 80-unit rise, is currently under construction.

Long range plans include two additional 80-unit buildings before the project is complete, tentatively estimated to be around 2024.

Each building has underground parking stalls, in addition to many on the outside.  The overall total units once completed, is 328.
