A massive project broke that ground during the fall of 2018 is continuing to progress.  The Americon Construction team has been working non-stop for four years, while the project still has more plans to develop in the near future.  This apartment complex of multi-family living sets in Onalaska, Wisconsin.

During 2019, two buildings rose from the ground with the help of our hardworking team and subcontractors. The first was a 24 unit property, followed by a 40 unit 4-story property.  Both had been completed by mid-2020, when the community clubhouse was built and completed.  The clubhouse has an outdoor pool with patio lounge area.  Inside the clubhouse features include a community room with kitchenette, a theatre room, game room, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center, and business center, all available for the residents to use.  The property is operated by 3 Amigos Property Management.

A third apartment building, housing 24 units was constructed and completed during 2021.  A fourth building, an 82-unit rise, was completed in 2023, while the fifth, also an 82 unit is currently under construction as of fall 2024.

Long range plans include one final additional 82-unit building before the project is complete, in the next two years.

Each building has underground parking stalls, in addition to several surface parking stalls.  The overall total units once completed, is 328.
