Americon was selected as the design-build general contractor for an approximate 8,000 SF renovation located in Sparta, Wisconsin.

The project consisted of refurbishing the exterior, constructing multiple offices/conference rooms, and refinishing the many hardwoods throughout the building.

This building is considered a historical building by the city, and the Americon team was able to maintain and preserve the significance of every fine detail.  We were very honored to have been trusted to complete the work on this beautiful building.
