Americon was selected as the design-build general contractor for the Arrowhead Apartment renovations.

Americon redesigned and renovated 246 market rate units.  Before the renovation, Arrowhead was less than 40% occupied; after the renovations the property was 92% occupied.  A great design combined with the right updates can quickly attract tenants.

At the time of the renovation, Arrowhead Apartments was the largest multifamily property in La Crosse county. This project is located in La Crosse, WI.
