Americon was selected to be the design-build contractor for the Bluffview Development. Bluffview is a 56 unit apartment property located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Americon renovated an older pre-existing motel into 36 market rate apartment units, and then built a new 20 unit apartment building on the property to accompany it.
