Americon Construction was chosen by an area business owner to construct their new state-of-the-art luxury executive style residential home. Although Americon does not focus on building residential single family homes, they graciously accepted the request to help this particular family design and build it.
The home, located in Western Wisconsin, features the finest in kitchen and bath design, including all granite surfaces, and modern lighting options throughout the home. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own attached bathroom and walk-in closet.
The main level features a 3-season dining room off the kitchen with full sliding glass patio doors, a large walk-in pantry, commercial size kitchen refrigerator & freezer with granite kitchen table which seats 10 people.
The lower level features a large family room with large wet bar for entertaining, a fitness work out room, sauna, and glass walk out patio doors that connect to a lower level patio underneath the main level deck and 3 season room.
The home’s exterior showcases stone veneer, LP Smartside siding, a combination of asphalt roofing shingles, and All American Steel Standing Seam Roofing Panels, and the most energy efficient windows.
A modern new air conditioning system fully equips the 6,000+ square foot executive home with the most efficient system available.
