The F&M Bank renovation was approximately a 10,000 sf remodel of their existing space.  As the design build contractor, we were able to save on construction costs.  We did this by being a part of the design phase, completing the project on schedule while on budget, all while the bank was able to maintain day to day operations uninterrupted throughout all phases of construction.  This project is located in Tomah, WI.
