Americon completed their largest multi-family project to date, in December of 2018.  This is one that took two years to complete.  There are 104 units in this luxury apartment development located in Holmen, Wisconsin.

Those units are within two 52 unit buildings, of which each includes heated underground parking, exercise room, community room, office, elevator, trash chute, and much more.  The complex features an outside gathering space that includes a gas fire place, gas grill, plus shelter and a warm welcoming lobby, and theater room.  It also includes access to the nature preserve trail for nature walking.
