Americon Construction built a new distribution warehouse for I.A.M. Dairy.  This new property is on the west side of Baraboo, Wisconsin, offering the convenience of being right next to Highway 12.

This property features a 6936 SF warehouse space with 5 loading docks, and adjoining 1,050 SF office space.  The office space includes 6 offices, a breakroom and restrooms. This is a major improvement to their business, as they were previously located in a tiny building that was over half a century old.
