Americon is building an apartment complex just outside of West Baraboo, Wisconsin, at the intersection of US Hwy 12 and County Road W.
The project consists of 8 buildings that house 208 units, 52 garages plus plenty of surface parking. The project will be phased over several years, which began in October of 2023. The buildings will be 20-unit, 24-unit or 40-unit. A clubhouse will conjoin buildings one and two, which will feature a fitness center and community room for the convenience of its residents.
The units will be either one bedroom or two bedroom, ranging from 719 SF to 1186 SF.
