Americon was selected as the design-build general contractor for the Quincy Court apartment renovations. Americon redesigned and renovated 62 market rate units.

Before the renovation, Quincy Court was less than 50% occupied; after the renovations, the property was 99% occupied.  When there’s a good design and welcoming feel, a property can quickly attract tenants.  This project is located in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
