Red Earth Apartments

During 2024, Americon commenced construction at a new apartment complex, located right along Lake Butte des Morts, just outside of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  

The project consists of 16 buildings that house 490 Apartment units, 454 underground garage stalls, 100 stalls of surface parking, 32 townhome units, and a clubhouse.  The project will be phased over several years, which began in spring of 2024.  There will be (5) buildings that are 82-unit, (2) 40-unit buildings and (8) 4-unit townhomes.  A clubhouse will conjoin buildings one and two, which will feature a fitness center and community room for the convenience of its residents.  Additional property amenities will include a basketball half court and outdoor pool / lounge area.

The majority of the units will be either one bedroom or two bedroom, ranging from 719 SF to 1186 SF.
