Americon was selected as the design/build general contractor for the construction of the All American Do it Center building materials center in Tomah, Wisconsin.  The project consisted of 40,000 SF retail space with multiple displays, 30,000 SF warehouse, lumber shed, clever shed, wash bay, garden center, many offices, a conference room, restrooms, and much more. This building opened for business in 1994.
