Americon was selected to be the developer and design-builder/ general contractor for the construction of an executive residential property located in Tomah, Wisconsin.

The project consisted of a 3,500 SF house and a 1,500 SF bath house. Features include a brick driveway, patios, a party dock on the water, pristine landscaping, and much more.  This project took an extensive approach to be meticulous with every little detail.

An addition began in the fall of 2022, which included adding nearly 40% of living space to the home.  The addition features split staircases, a large gathering / entertainment room, loft, kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, and custom floor to ceiling stone fireplace.  Vaulted ceilings with flying buttress trusses also showcase the home’s unique customization. Featured throughout the addition is elegant woodwork.
