The 2.5-acre property that the War Eagle building rests on will feature expansive outdoor spaces, including a riverwalk connecting to the public bike trail, river-viewing platforms, and a synthetic grass lounging area for residents. The lot will also include surface parking and, in the future, direct access to the Black River with city-owned boat slips. The building’s first floor will house 12,500 square feet of commercial space with 24-foot ceilings and large glass windows. A 2,800-square-foot mezzanine will offer stunning views of the Mississippi and Black Rivers. This commercial space will wrap around an interior two-level parking structure with 35 residential parking stalls. Additionally, a “floating” fitness center will be connected via the second level of the parking structure.

Levels 3 through 6 will feature luxury apartments, including 51 units ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom layouts. Exclusive resident amenities will include a rooftop community area and a spacious outdoor patio.
