Rapid River Nears Completion

This structure once completion has taken place will consist of 66 units, encompassing an overall total of 112,000 square feet, 2 levels of underground parking, 4 stories of apartment living, a workout room, and a community room, which will be connected to a patio overlooking the Baraboo River (with natural gas grills on the patio).  Some finishing touches are being finalized inside, but many of the units are already occupied.  The remaining ones will be filled upon completion, but have been reserved already by 3 Amigos Property Management.

The building is set-back off the river 75 feet, providing a great view for the residents inside this building. Baraboo is just minutes from Devil’s Lake, and only about 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells.
